Residence permit for individuals planning to open innovative businesses in Spain.

Applicant Requirements:

Must have a detailed business plan that meets the requirements of ENISA (Ministry of Economy of Spain).
Must have no criminal records.
Must be able to travel to Spain to submit the application.
Must have a sufficient amount of money in the bank for the year 2024: €31,752 for the main applicant, €43,659 for a family of two, €47,628 for a family of three, €51,597 for a family of four, plus €3,969 for each additional person.

Residence permit for remote workers

Residence for individuals earning income based on remote work contracts or service contracts (Digital Nomad).

Applicant Requirements:

Must be a citizen of any non-EU country.
Must have an employment or service contract for remote work with a minimum income of 2,646 euros per month for 1 applicant, 3639 euros for 2 members of family, 3970 for 3, 4300 for 4
Must have no criminal record.
Must be able to travel to Spain to submit the application.
